"To be brief, my fiance and I drove to Tracy to check out a Ford, Toyota and Mazda dealership for a new car purchase. After test driving 2 cars, examining prices and customer service, he and I are very PLEASED with the professional, no pressure, friendly and funny service Alphonso G. provided us. I'm from the Midwest and I dislike sales people who come running and shadow your every move. Alphonso completely worked with us, and quite frankly, I thought I was on another planet...I was pleasantly shocked.
We also looked at the i Grand Touring model with Chris. He's was also friendly and knowledgeable about the car. I preferred the 2012 Mazda 3 i Touring because I didn't want the mooroof and leather seats. Alphonso accompanied us on a rural road test drive. The car made me smile as wide as the grill! I know it's a sales person's "job" to make the dealership money while making a living. Sales can be a difficult job with a less than stellar attitude. I don't know the training that Tracy Mazda provides their employees, but through DealeRrater.com reviews and personal experience, it's the truth that Tracy Mazda is a top rated Central Valley rated dealer! We are still deciding on a few things regarding the future car purchase, as we weeded out 4 other dealers.
